In January 2007, Alison and Gren began their business partnership with the launch of the new firm. Raising a young family, and expecting their third child at the time, they lived the challenge of balancing careers with family and saw that family came first. Together Alison and Gren decided to create a firm environment that would encourage talented young lawyers to remain in the profession while raising their own families.
