Nicole Krilyk

Office Manager

Nicole’s 13 years’ experience in the court system, where she gained a wide and vast knowledge of King’s Bench and provincial court operations while she carried out administrative and supervisory roles, made her a perfect fit with Bennet Waugh. Nicole values her relationships with our team members (“everyone is so kind”) and she values the office mind-set of supporting each other as we help our clients by delivering quality legal services with compassion.

Tracy Brown

Legal Assistant

Tracy has been a valued member of our team since 2013, prior to which she gained experience at another firm. Over the years, Tracy has worn several hats, from real estate to bookkeeping support, always while maintaining her primary interest - assisting with family law matters.

Kaylyn Kalupar

Legal Assistant

Kaylyn has always wanted to be in a career where she could pursue her passion for advocacy. She intended to pursue environmental conservation and advocacy after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Evolution from the University of Manitoba, but her path led her to a position with the Manitoba court system where she found that she enjoyed working with people and the legal system. Since joining our team she has demonstrated particular skill working with clients.

Suzanne Helmich

Legal Assistant

Suzanne has been working as a legal assistant for over 40 years. She chose her career in the area of family law because of her own personal experience with domestic violence and divorce which sparked her desire to help reduce stress and create calm for those going through the process by helping them to understand the process and to be part of a team that helps them through their legal issues.

Shaylene Traverse

Receptionist / Administrative and Legal Assistant

Shaylene is the newest member of our legal support team. Shaylene’s pleasant and professional disposition has made her our team leader of first impressions. Her enjoyment in working in an office/administrative setting, interest in law, and eagerness to develop in the area of family law made her a natural fit with our firm.

Rhonda Foster

Bookkeeper

Rhonda received her CPA, CMA designation in August 2003. Her chosen career path in accounting was inspired by her mom who also worked in the field. Rhonda adds insight, knowledge and behind the scenes efficiency to the team. Rhonda describes herself as strong-willed yet likes to help others to succeed in whatever they do.
