We believe in transparency and clarity. We understood uncertainty about legal fees can be an added stress. To help you plan your finances and your future, we are pleased to offer many services on a flat fee basis. We do not offer flat fee rates for litigation steps.

Initial Consultation

An initial consultation can be used to obtain general information about the law in order to help you: understand your rights and obligations, plan for a separation, and decide whether to take legal action Some people obtain the information which they need during the initial consultation. There is no commitment to proceed with our services beyond the consultation. If you already know that you will need to hire a lawyer, an initial consultation allows you to weigh and compare different approaches to enable you to find the lawyer and approach that fits you best. Our lawyers charge a set fee for the initial consultation. When you contact our office to complete the consultation screening, you will be informed of our rates, prior to booking.
